I am not at all happy with the "basic cleaning" I received. The grout in the bathroom hasn't even been touched, and the toilet lid has only been washed over the top, not cleaned under the cabinet -the details are still dusty. The moldings next to the laminate have not been cleaned, the couch has not been moved, and under the carpet has not been gone over. The bedroom refused to move the furniture even slightly. The picture frames in the living room have not been touched. They even left stains in the kitchen, and the appliances and sink are uncleaned. Dust sits on the windowsills, on the vases, on the candle caps. I paid for a "basic cleaning" and got hastily cleaned windows, some vacuuming and nothing more - a job for hours and for 100 euros, without any attention to detail.
We are sorry that you are unhappy. We received no comments upon completion of the cleaning. We would have responded immediately had we been notified on the spot. Some of the activities mentioned, such as moving furniture, are not included in the service. Thank you for sharing your opinion.
