They didn't. They said they'd call to see if their appointment was available, the SCHEDULE I already had. They didn't call. I called them at 1:30pm when they should have already been at the address, they hung up on me. I understand everything, and if they had cancelled, no problem and it has happened before. But they didn't keep their word to return a call.
