Why the home vacuum cleaner is not enough?
The main problem after construction activities is fine construction dust (micron particles of putty, plasterboard and cement). Standard household appliances do not have the necessary filtration and often return this dust back into the air through the exhaust stream. The professional service relies on industrial aspiration systems and multi-stage filtration, which capture even the smallest particles from joints, radiators and hidden niches, preventing the "white marks" that appear days after ordinary cleaning.

Depending on the size of the home and the level of dirt, cleaning can take anywhere from a few hours to a full day. It should not take more than 9 hours;

How long does the service take?
Cleaning takes an average of 1 to 2 hours, depending on the number of bathrooms and toilets, as well as their level of contamination.
Why use professional cleaning?
With every shower taken, the bathroom is filled with moisture which seeps into the ceramic and tiles and creates a suitable environment for mold and bacteria to develop. On hard-to-reach places, those quickly accumulate which leads to stains and bad odors. Do not make a compromise, use a professional bathroom cleaning at least once every two to three months.
What's the expected end result?
Your bathroom will be deeply cleaned of scale and mold deposits. Unpleasant odors will be eliminated, and hard-to-reach areas will be disinfected, as well as all surfaces - bathtub, joints, shower cabin, toilet bowl, etc.

Feedback by clients

Thank you for your feedback and for your kind words about the girls, their attention to detail, and the excellent work they did on the sofa. We’re sorry that part of the cleaning didn’t fully meet your expectations.
We’d just like to clarify that washing accumulated dishes is not included in the “Basic Cleaning” service. The cleaning staff wanted to put the leftover dishes in the dishwasher, but it was already full.
Baby bottles and utensils require special attention, washing, and sterilization according to the parent’s instructions. Therefore, the team did not want to handle them without prior permission and specific instructions. If we had received such a request in advance, we would have been happy to assist with them at no additional charge.
For a larger quantity of dishes that has accumulated over several days, this service must be requested and paid for separately. The service you selected is for a basic home cleaning according to the tasks described on the platform, not a daily housekeeping service.
Regarding your comments about the floor, we will discuss this with the team, as it is important to us that our customers remain satisfied. Thank you for sharing your feedback—it helps us improve our work.
