I like Iliana, she has potential, but everything was done in a hurry. . 25 minutes late, coming with coffee in hand. After 15 minutes of explaining what was where, her only question was if she could smoke on the terrace. After a little over 2 hours she said she was ready, which surprised me quite a bit because in under 3 and a half hours no one had ever cleaned our apartment to a good standard. At first glance things were ok, but many details had escaped her - there was dust on the picture frames above, on the pound in the bathroom and on the cabinet next to the bathroom mirror too. The sink in the kitchen hadn't been washed properly and there was minor rubbish in the siphon safety strainer too. Neither the bathroom nor the toilet smelled of bleach, which we specifically let her use. ..We didn't ibrazil it because of the price, we just needed someone to be able to respond within 2-3 days
