I have used Yulia Velichkova’s services twice. Unfortunately, the second visit did not meet my expectations. Yulia announced that she was ready 30 minutes earlier than scheduled. After I asked her to wash the trash cans as well, she left 15 minutes before the end of the agreed-upon time.
Later, I noticed serious gaps in the cleaning—for example, the bathtub hadn’t been touched at all.
Milena, you're wrong. I've done so many things. Just because I'm handy doesn't give you the right to keep asking for things endlessly. Besides, your bathtub is dangerous—there's nowhere to hold on. They’re bound to fall in and get wet. You have to climb in through a tiny hole.

She came on time, she was polite. Omissions on both sides - I forgot to mention the vacuum cleaner and the garbage disposal, and she didn't ask.
