Note what contact numbers you have given. I could not find the address, which in google map is not adequately indicated for the sq. Ovcha Kupel without contacting you. The error is yours in the phone listing.

I personally was not happy with the cleaning mainly because of the bathrooms as they were not washed but just wiped with a towel from top to bottom. He also didn't make the beds, iron or take out the trash even though he finished cleaning almost an hour and a half early. She was quite noisy and dragged the chairs across the floor while cleaning.
Galina, you and I didn't have any contact during the cleaning, except at the end when I spoke to you. Given that I don't know your home, it's normal for you to share your requirements with me.
As a domestic helper I am not specifically trained in a cleaning course where I am introduced to a specific plan of action. We are women in the platform who have other jobs and this is an additional income for us.
The advice from me is the next time someone visits, tell them: emphasize the tiles in the bathroom, change the linens, take out the trash. I didn't even see where your trash was sitting myself.
