"The job was 90% done :( the window sills in half of the apartment remained dusty, even though I specifically asked to wipe them down. They didn't pay any attention to the shower stall, it was left uncleaned, the windows unwashed... very disappointing"

"The One Cleaning provided a quality and professional service. They came on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and showed true attention to detail. Communication was smooth, and the home looked refreshed and well cleaned afterwards. I always do a basic cleaning before a cleaning company comes so they can focus on the deeper cleaning - the places that are missed or hard to reach. Many cleaners just assume that once it looks clean, there's no need for effort, and leave early. I was really thankful that The One Cleaning didn't do that - they stayed until the end and looked for what else could be cleaned. As a mom with limited time, this means a lot to me and I appreciate the effort. However, there are a few things that could be improved: the bins were not emptied or with new envelopes, there was trash left behind - including cigarette butts from their cigarettes left in the ashtray on the balcony - the mop buckets were left with dirty water, and the cleaners were not put away. Also, if an unintentional mess is made - like spilled potting soil - it's okay to clean that up without having to be reminded. One quick note: black appliances (such as frosted sinks and faucets) should only be cleaned with a microfiber cloth and gentle detergents - not a sponge or strong chemicals - as surfaces are easily scratched and marks are clearly visible. Overall, I am pleased with the cleaning and grateful for the effort. With a little more attention to detail at the end, I'm sure they will have great success - and I would definitely hire them again."
