Мъжът беше изключително позитивен и приятен - държеше се професионално и чистеше много добре. Жената беше негативна и постоянно нещо си “сумтеше”. Като цяло сме доволни, но дамата явно си имаше някакви лично проблеми, които се отразиха на поведението ѝ.

The ladies are very expeditious and manage to clean up in less than 2 hours, but unfortunately I don't always manage to take the time to give them something to finish the visit with. I think they could also offer to do something else themselves in the remaining 30 minutes.
