Overall I am satisfied. Main recommendation is to have proactive communication on what to do and how to do it if you have to choose w/ several alternatives to cover the most important things for the 4 hours.

Galina came 10 minutes early and finished everything she started. She was thorough, including cleaning the high parts of the furniture where it was hard to reach. Unfortunately , the end result was not entirely satisfactory. Stains were left on the desk, there were marks on the floor, forgotten towels in the apartment, vacuum cleaner not cleaned. There was no bag , placed in the bin. Unpleasant impression was also made by her asking where to leave 3-4 dirty glasses instead of washing them. There was a comment , that she would not have enough time, after I asked her to clean the terrace (2 sq m).

Galina tries hard, but misses important details. Her cleaning speed is significantly lower than that of other helpers. To turn on the vacuum cleaner she had turned off a camera, which she neither said she had turned off nor anything. We discovered that at another outlet where the front door bell is hooked up she had also turned it off.
