Afterward, you spent just as much time explaining to me how to use your vacuum cleaner, which actually turned out to be broken! - I specifically asked you if you had any scheduled appointments so I could adjust my schedule to compensate for your delay—you replied that you were available! Even then, I noticed the twinkle in your eye after I mentioned that it was a good thing I didn’t have an afternoon appointment that day, because otherwise I would have been late for my next appointment! Apparently, the woman who came to see you before received the same treatment and then “disappeared” :))) She didn’t disappear—she blocked you. —Poor woman! Now that I know what you did to me today... As soon as you mentioned that your previous home helper had “disappeared,” I was extremely cautious, and since you couldn’t find any reason to pick a fight with me and NOT PAY for the service, you decided, just before I finished, to approach me with inappropriate comments—both directed at me and regarding company policy—which is baffling! I made sure to respect your personal space. I did everything you asked for—including the oven, microwave, and the ceramic cooktop—which you hadn’t mentioned at all—I washed the baking sheet and the pot—I polished the entire kitchen countertop thoroughly, as well as the cabinets, living room, bedroom, children’s room, balcony, all the window sills, bathroom, and the area in front of the front door... I cleaned everything from top to bottom in your apartment! On my own initiative, I also cleaned the stains on the velour chairs in the kitchen, which you didn’t notice—at least not right away. I even cleaned the back of the rug, for which you praised me, yet here you’re commenting on something else.... Considering that I couldn’t reach you by phone either, and thankfully you called me a few days ago for confirmation—which is how I found your number in my contacts and was able to call you— it clearly shows your thoughtfulness... You were well prepared, because in that case, I would have received a poor evaluation due to my tardiness. That strategy didn’t work out, nor did the work I was doing, so you decided to attack me personally, engaging in inappropriate, humiliating conversations and using offensive language, suggesting that work in this industry should barely be paid at all since it’s supposedly low-skilled, as well as trying to calculate people’s incomes..... I don’t see any unprofessional attitude toward the client in my response—that in Bulgaria, it’s difficult to find work after the age of 40, and that there needs to be room for such workers so that for young people to advance in their careers! But you didn’t like that answer, and you decided to lower my rating by continuing to make comparisons with other professions... and so on. I personally told you that I didn’t want your money, but your response was: “You must have come here for some commercial purpose!” From that point on, I stopped listening to you because you wouldn’t stop... I didn’t take any money from you—which was your goal, after all—and yet you’re giving me a rating… which clearly speaks to your temperament… ))) Your attitude and the scene you caused have been documented where required by protocol! I wish you success in your search for “low-skilled” work in Bulgaria and around the world! I’m the second person to block you, and there may be more....
