I am very pleased. They handled everything relatively quickly and flawlessly. I would use their services repeatedly.

Много съм доволна от работата на екипa! Бяха подготвени, донесоха си всичко необходимо и работиха старателно във всяка стая. Работиха спокойно, прецизно и без да пропускат детайли. Много добре организирани – разделиха задачите, движиха се бързо и в крайна сметка домът изглеждаше подреден и чист. Оценявам и професионалното отношение и вниманието към личното пространство.

Very high quality cleaning

Positives: A team of two women arrived who were pleasant and did a good job. The surfaces were cleaned well (except for a few things like the coffee machine and the gym floor). They offered to clean the balconies as well, which was a great initiative. When they finished they asked us for feedback. Negatives: the women felt like leaving after 3 hours even though we had booked for 4. This wouldn't have been a problem if their "boss" hadn't called me to scold me for only giving the women work for 3 hours instead of 4... Extremely rude and unpleasant attitude. If it wasn't for him, I think we would have been using the team on a regular fortnightly basis. The women who do the work are wonderful.

The team was 10 minutes late and left 20 minutes early. There were some things that were left undone (such as - the rubbish from the bins was not disposed of, in some places it was not accessible to clean with a vacuum cleaner and a rag, although it was a matter of basic moving of a box or a chair). For the other things - without any remark.

Great team. Conscientious, fast , don't skimp on the work. They pay attention to detail.
