There have been several instances of lateness—usually made up for by leaving later, though not always. A recent example: she let me know yesterday that she would need to arrive at 11:00 AM instead of 8:30 AM for a dentist appointment. I agreed to this. However, she didn't actually arrive until between 11:45 AM and 12:00 PM and didn't complete the full four hours (she left at 2:15 PM), though she did try to get as much done as possible. We are flexible, but we would like the schedule to be more consistent, as these changes sometimes disrupt our own plans. Also, if she needs to attend a medical appointment, that should be coordinated with you (we cannot manage your employees' illnesses or medical emergencies). That said, provided this doesn't happen frequently in the future, we remain generally satisfied, and Antoniya always tries her best. We simply want to avoid standards slipping or these issues becoming a recurring pattern over time.

Everything went well. Antoniya arrived late (I think the switch to daylight saving time may have contributed to the misunderstanding), but she made up for it by staying longer to finish her work. It was an appropriate response to the situation.

Very good, Antoniya is as pleasant and efficient as ever.
