Изключително непрофесионално отношение.
Допуска сериозни систематични пропуски в почистването, особено при бърсането на прах по повърхности и в чистенето на пода. Въпреки това ние решихме да продължим да я ангажираме с идеята, че може да се поправи и просто да говорим с нея когато е нужно.
За съжаление дамата явно много се е засегнала последния път след като я върнахме да доизчисти 1-2 неща и съответно ни блокира, за да не можем да я викнем пак, за което ще подадем и официална жалба към Доместина за неоснователна дискриминация. За капак на всичко, когато я попитахме в прав текст защо не можем да я наемем вече, най-безочливо ни излъга, че е отпуска, а през друг профил в Доместина е налична, което е крайно непрофесионално.
Надявам се Доместина да се погрижат по-внимателно за услугата, която предоставят посредством свои представители, защото подобен тип отношение към клиент, който просто очаква да получи услугата, за което си плаща, е меко казано нелепо.

No communication, extremely sluggish and with no desire to work
Hi just because there is a cancellation of YOUR subscription to me doesn't mean you should speak negatively. Yes I have had no communication with YOU because YOUR husband has been home until now. There has always been communication with him. Unfortunately I am not allowed to take pictures to send to the platform before and after my visit in what condition the apartment is. Even today I threw away a used diaper from YOUR child thrown on the ground. Excuse me for mentioning it but I think YOU should also have respect for whoever cleans YOUR home.
