След почистването се наложи повторно почистване от наша страна, защото беше много мръсно. Имаше лоша комуникация. Закъсня и си тръгна по-рано.
I don't think there was bad communication the clients demanded to wipe wallpaper they per room and I just explained to them that for such cleaning what they want is better to call a company

She was only there for two and a half hours of the agreed-upon four, and upon checking, I realized the cleaning hadn't been very thorough.
I was very surprised by the smoke breaks for such a short time. She was kind and friendly, but the cleaning wasn't up to the minimum standard.
The lady asked me to come at nine thirty because her child had stopped late. She assured me that she would pay even though the hour was later there was no problem now I understand that there is a problem

He made a comment as soon as he walked in that he wouldn't make it for 4hrs, needed a coffee and a cigarette before he started. She then smoked 5 more cigarettes and by 12pm she was finished. You can imagine the clean up she did... kids books on the floor after mopping.. junk on the ground after vacuuming, not to mention the bathrooms. Extremely low level and huge gaps!
I made a comment about the apartment really very large as an area a little startled at first moment if the lady is unhappy I tried my best I need and breaks it's normal greetings.

I'm definitely pleased, there were one or two lapses in the bathroom, but since it was the first time and I was counting on my husband to relay my request verbatim because I was absent, I rather think he forgot to tell her than that she didn't. We will make use of her services again. Lovely work :)
