Who We Are: Our main business is managing rental apartments, including Airbnb listings—we manage dozens of properties in Sofia, which keeps us in constant touch with the actual cleaning needs: between guests, when tenants change, and after renovations. Our cleaning team operates independently and goes directly to the property, regardless of whether the property belongs to one of our clients or not. How We Work: A team of at least two people arrives at the property with everything needed. We clean after renovations (dust, paint, glue, packaging materials), when a tenant moves out (a complete refresh before the next rental), and perform standard maintenance cleaning. What sets us apart: We work with properties every day as part of their management, so we know exactly what an owner or landlord expects from a cleaning—for us, it’s not a one-time service, but part of a broader process.
